Product information
Red Ale comes from far away Europe and refers to beers that are dark red or have a reddish appearance. To cook the Red Ale, artisans use specially roasted malt to create a unique complexity in the finished beer, giving it a sweet taste - the taste of butterscotch (candy sugar) or caramel, in when the color reaches red. When enjoying, you will feel the beer has a medium body or a bit full, the aroma and fruit flavor are at the average level that we often see when drinking the IPA line. The use of American hop varieties gives Red Ale a very strong hop flavor and tends to leave a dry, crisp aftertaste.
This beer can range in color from light amber or red to dark brown with a reddish tint and typically has an alcohol content of 4.5-7%. Due to her strong nature, Red Ale would make a great pairing with a number of dishes. The fine malt and light fruit flavors allow Red Ale to pair well with cheeses such as Gruyère and Derby Cheddar. Meanwhile, its balanced nature and ability to keep the subtlety, without overdoing it, make Red Ale well suited to sandwiches or grilled chicken.
